Bring the Whole Team -

Corporate Retreats

A private ranch, a barn, a creek, and a full day away from the office. Ninety minutes from Silicon Valley.

Escape the office. Get the actual work done.

Step away from the day-to-day and bring your team to The Bird Ranch.  A private historic rancher's estate on San Luis Creek. Whether you're running an executive offsite, a leadership planning session, or a company-wide retreat, you get the whole property to yourselves: a private conference room, a restored barn, open meadow, a creekside dock, and a wood-fired pizza oven.

No shared lobby. No other event down the hall. One gathering at a time, all day.

The Meadow & Creek Lawn — Outdoor sessions, team activities, and lunch under the trees. Market and ambient lighting throughout for evening.

The Creekside Dock — Break-out conversations, walking one-on-ones, and the best place on the property to end an afternoon.

The Screen Room — A quiet room off the ranch house for private calls and small side conversations.

The Pool & Fire Pit — Lounge seating, an outdoor fire pit, and a pool for full-day and multi-day bookings.

Tables and chairs for 100 are included. Larger seated counts welcomed with rentals — we'll coordinate. The property is county-permitted for events up to 500 guests.

Retreat Formats

Half-Day Offsite — 4 hours. Conference room, barn, and grounds access. Best for leadership sessions and quarterly planning.

Full-Day Retreat — 8 hours. The full property, start to finish. Morning session indoors, lunch in the meadow, afternoon in the barn, dinner from the pizza oven if you want it.

Multi-Day — two or three days. Everything stays set up between days. We'll coordinate room blocks at one of three nearby hotels.

A Sample Day

8:30 Arrive. Coffee and pastries in the conference room.

9:00 Morning working session, conference room.

12:00 Lunch in the meadow, catered.

1:30 Break-out groups — barn, dock, screen room.

3:00 Apothecary workshop in the barn. Everyone makes something to take home.

5:00 Wood-fired pizza and drinks by the fire pit.

We'll build the day around your agenda, not the other way around.

Investment

Weekday, full property

Half-Day Retreat — 4 hours $1,350

Full-Day Retreat — 8 hours $1,950

Each additional consecutive day $1,250

Up to 100 guests included. Weekend rates available on request.

Every booking includes exclusive use of the property, tables and chairs for 100, setup and post-event reset by our team, WiFi, speakers and a wireless mic, market and ambient lighting, the built-in bar, and parking.

That's $65 a head for a team of 30, or $39 for a team of 50 for a private historic ranch, not a conference room with the blinds drawn.

Our rate is for exclusive use of the property, not per guest. Bring 20 or bring 100; the ranch is yours for the day either way.

Make It a Day They Remember

The Apothecary Workshop — $85 per person. Our signature. Not available anywhere else.

We're a working apothecary. Your team spends ninety minutes blending their own [botanical salve/tea blend/bath soak] from the ranch's own botanicals, then takes it home. It's hands-on, it's conversation-friendly, and nobody has to perform in front of the group. Which is exactly what most teams are looking for and rarely find. Ten-person minimum.

Wood-Fired Pizza with a Private Chef or A Fire Truck Pizza Oven — $1,500 minimum for pizza truck. Dinner as the evening's activity. Our wood-burning oven, a chef on site, and everyone standing around watching instead of sitting in rows.

Morning Yoga on the Dock — A facilitated session on the creekside dock or in the meadow before the day starts. Up to 20.

Evening Bonfire & S'mores Bar — By the barn, once the sun goes down.

Movie Night by the Creek — Screen, projector, and seating set up creekside.

Bar Service — Quoted. Catering Coordination — We'll connect you with our preferred local caterers, from boxed lunches to full BBQ.
Overnight Lodging — Three hotels nearby and seven rooms on site.
