The Room
Our conference table came out of the McClatchy estate and seats 12 comfortably, with a side table for two more and a round table for breakouts or spreading out materials. Sunlight, high ceilings, and a hundred years of Central Valley history on the walls.

What a Day Here Looks Like
Arrive at nine with the coffee already set up. Work through the morning with the door closed and the phone quiet. Break for lunch on the patio, walk down to the creek, and come back to the afternoon session with a clear head. Wrap by four and beat the traffic home.
Food & Refreshments
Bring your own caterer or pick up lunch on the way in. We've hosted everything from boxed lunches to full BBQ spreads. There's dedicated space for buffet and coffee setup, a water dispenser in the room, and refrigerator access in the farmhouse.

Hourly — 2-hour minimum $75 / hour
Nonprofit & Community Rate — 20% off. We keep a standing 20% discount for registered 501(c)(3) organizations. Mention it when you inquire, and we'll apply it.
