Can we bring our fur baby?

Your doggo is welcome to join you. We are a pet-friendly venue.

How do we book?

Please email juliensandino@gmail.com to check on date availability.
A contract will be mailed to you and must be signed within 7 days. To confirm your booking, we require a $1000 deposit for wedding packages (which is non-refundable).

Can we subtract any inclusions?

You may choose to subtract any of the inclusions; however, the package fee will remain the same.

Payments?

We accept CASH (no fee applicable)

OR

ZELLE (no fee applicable)

OR

Credit card payments via Square (4% fee applicable)

What if it’s raining?

Our red barn makes a lovely wet-weather alternative

How much notice do we need to give?

Typically, we require eight weeks’ notice; however, we can discuss possible alternatives if we have suitable availabilities.

How far in advance can we book?

We have a year in advance currently open, but we are open to further discussions regarding
dates.

​

What if I go over 100 people?

This package accommodates up to 100 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated upon request. We can accommodate 500 plus.

Can I bring my own caterer?

They must meet our basic licensing, insurance, and staffing requirements.

What are the basics included in all packages?

The exclusive use of the ranch experience includes handcrafted farm tables and chairs for guest dining for 100,  various catering tables, a hand-forged wedding arch, and permanent café string lighting. We also include bathrooms with an ADA-compliant unit and ramp, a built-in bar, dressing rooms, and ample parking.

**OUTSIDE CATERER’S REQUIREMENTS**

- Opting for vendors from our preferred list is a strategic choice to enhance the success of your event. These caterers are familiar with our space and regularly operate within it, ensuring a more seamless experience. Prior to contracting with an outside caterer, we require our clients to have a conference call between all parties (ranch, couple, caterer) to ensure they are aware of the ranch requirements for providing service on-site.

- Caterers must be licensed and insured

- We do not have any kitchen facilities available for caterers' use

- Caterers must provide servers for the event/buffet line

- Caterers must provide staff for clearing dining tables after dinner

- Must provide any and all items & linens needed for the buffet line, etc.
