How much does a wedding at The Bird Ranch cost?
Micro weddings (up to 50 guests) start at $5,135. Large weddings (up to 100 guests) start at $7,495. Email hello@thebirdranch.com and we'll send you the full pricing guide.

How do we book?
Email hello@thebirdranch.com to check date availability. We'll send a contract to sign within 7 days, along with a $1,000 non-refundable retainer to confirm your date for the wedding.

How do we pay?
Cash or Zelle (no fee) or credit card via Square (4% fee).

How far in advance can we book?
We currently have a full year of dates open, and we're happy to talk about anything beyond that.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Our packages are built for up to 100 guests. We're permitted for up to 500 across the grounds, so larger celebrations are absolutely possible. Just ask, and we'll build a quote around your guest count.

Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Your caterer just needs to meet our licensing, insurance, and staffing requirements. We're also happy to share our preferred vendor list.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. [Bar service and bartenders are included in select packages; you provide the alcohol and ice.]

Can our guests stay overnight?
Yes. The ranch sleeps up to 12 across the farmhouse and our two converted outdoor bedrooms, which is what makes a full weekend wedding possible. Additional hotels are about six minutes away.

What time does music need to end?
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM per county ordinance.

Can we customize our package?
Of course. You're welcome to use as much or as little of what's included as you like. The package price stays the same.

What's included in every package?
Exclusive use of the entire 32-acre ranch. One wedding at a time, no shared time slots.
Also included: handcrafted farm tables and seating for 100, a hand-forged ceremony arch, permanent café string lighting, catering tables, a built-in bar, dressing rooms, ADA-accessible restrooms, and ample parking.

What if it rains?
Our historic red barn makes a beautiful wet-weather ceremony and reception space, so your day goes forward rain or shine.

Can we bring our dog?
Yes, we're a pet-friendly venue and your doggo is welcome. [We just ask that pets stay leashed and that you clean up after them.]

REQUIREMENTS

Caterers
We recommend our preferred caterers, who know the property and work here regularly. If you'd like to bring your own, we ask for a quick call with you, your caterer, and us before contracting, so everyone understands how service works on-site and our requirements.
Please note: we do not have kitchen facilities available for caterer use.
